Panel Wiring Selections
On this page you will find your Wiring selections for your new panel.
A normal complete wiring package will consist of a panel which is fitted with a PIGTAIL. The pigtail is the wiring bundell for the panel with a multiplug connector. This multiplug allowes you to connect to the extension loom.
The extension loom is the part that you will fit into the fabric of your craft.
The extension loom ( normally from 1 to 5 meters ) is the wiring that you run through your craft from the helm to your engine. This wiring is well protected, though is not water proof and should not be run through the bilge space. The loom should be clipped in place, being supported each 30 to 40 cms. If you are planning to run the loom through the craft's bulkheads you will need to cut a small hole in the bulkhead to allow the loom and connector plug to pass. The bulkhead should then be resealed.
The extension loom has two multi plugs one to connect to the panel pigtail and the other to connect to the engine wiring harness. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU FIT IT THE CORRECT WAY ROUND!
The female plug will connect to the engine wiring harness.
The engine wiring harness is designed to allow you to run the specific wires around your engine where you need them to go. Each wire or set of wires will be tagged to show their function. There will also be a set of relays to run the high draw functions. The relays have their own little wiring harness so that they can be fixed away from the engine vibration.
The engine sensors are supplied with the thred sizes that you specifiy. They will arrive connected to their correct wires.

The 11 way wiring loom will work for all panels except ISUZU and Volvo Penta.
If you require a 1 meter extension choose 1 item. If you need a 3 meter loom choose 3 items and so on

The engine wiring harness will be made to order for your engine and its requirements.
If you can send us the old one (as shown in the picture) we can make it to fit.
If your engine came without a harness we will work with you to decide the requirements of your engine and make to that pattern.
